  • Wall sheathing on exteriors is 7/16" O.S.B., which is glued to wall studs with a resilient adhesive, then fastened with nails or screws.

    • We have used this proven method for over 20 years on our wood and steel boats which have to endure high levels of twisting and stress. Tiny homes are subjected to these same conditions while being towed down the highway.

Without bonding materials together, fasteners will work loose or break resulting in a "weakened" structure and expensive repairs.

  • Heating: Houses are designed to be connected to public water, sewer, and electric. Propane is normally connected to LP gas cylinders.

    • These services are usually found at RV sites.

    • Homes may be able to be located on private properties with a water source, electrical source, and septic system.

    • CHECK YOUR LOCAL CODES

  • We offer alternative types of heating and air conditioning systems.

  • We will gladly entertain your thoughts on any changes you may want to make to any of our listed models.
